Clementine's Dry Goods was conceived as a shop where the color-starved quilter, seamstress, or knitter (and, yes, some of you are all three) could find a place to revive their passion for creating, using the best quality fabrics and yarns. We have added patchworking classes to the roster, with the emphasis on techniques, so you can have the courage to design your own quilt. Sewing classes are also available; simply call to sign up or gather your friends for a private group lesson. Knit happens, and we love to have it happen here. Knitters routinely pile in for knitting sessions in the knit-pit. Coming from afar? Let Clementine's arrange an in-house luncheon for you, or take advantage of Franklin's many pubs and eateries in 'old town'. Sock knitting is our particular passion, and among the yarns in stock you'll find handpaints like no other. Lessons and immediate help are always available; just call or stop in. We can't wait to meet you!
Although we don't currently sell our products on the internet, all of our inventory is available to ship anywhere the law allows. Call for kits, patterns, and anything else your crafty heart desires. All orders placed by 4:30 p.m., EST go out the same day.

"Second Sunday": On the second Sunday each month, Clementine's will be open from 12-5 p.m.
Other hours by appointment. Please call to schedule. We will close at 4p.m. Christmas eve day, and the store will reopen with regular hours Dec. 29th. Open New Year's Eve and New Year's day.
Our customers are the reason we exist, and there are special "secret sales", prizes, and refreshments for all who come in to shop. Also, with the shortened daylight hours, knit "night" has been moved to "Second Sunday" as well, giving us all a chance to see what eveyone's up to, whilst not intruding on quiet winter evenings snug at home with our loved ones.
